Desert Enterprises will continuously work on Developing its Safety Management Program, the company employs safety management systems, which include detailed standards and procedures. Together, these programs and systems form the cornerstone of safety at the company work locations , ensuring that employees have the 'tools' they need to work safely.
The company also strives to ensure employees are fit to conduct their work in a safe manner. With this goal in mind, the company offers healthy meal alternatives for live-in employees and provides health assessments to employees at various company sites. The Company also closely monitors alcohol consumption, drug use and fatigue and has established procedures to manage non-conformance in these areas.
Eliminating workplace injuries is an ongoing challenge as situations change and new hazards are identified.

The Rapid Response process:
- Provides appropriate support to an affected site and/or region to complement their technical response to an incident.
- Minimizes the impact on the company by considering the environmental, strategic, legal, financial and public image aspects of the incident.
- Ensures communications are being carried out in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.
